This community includes service and seasonal workers, whom I believe have not been adequately represented in the past. Affordable Housing

I know that access to affordable housing is essential for continuing a thriving, inclusive community in Durango. Well aware of the housing crisis involving the locals, due to second homeowners and short-term rentals, I am committed to addressing these challenges by supporting initiatives that create attainable housing options for families, workers, and young professionals. By advocating for smarter developments, I aim to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to live, work, and thrive in Durango.
